Introduction to Sport Psychology
Topics include: what is sport psychology, who uses it and why; what makes a mentally tough athlete; assessment of current psychological skills pertaining to the sport; basic peak performance skills
Team Building sessions are available for sport teams and businesses. Team cohesion is a key factor for success. Groups will have an opportunity to discover how to work better together and what it takes to make a group function as a team.

Energy Regulation for Sport
Athletes can learn to determine their ideal physical and mental energy states for peak performance. Techniques to decrease as well as increase energy levels are taught and athletes practice bringing themselves to ideal energy levels.
Visualization or imagery is a skill utilized by athletes in almost every discipline. This session will cover appropriate uses for imagery, introduction to basic imagery skills and the development of a personal imagery script.
